How we price a review cycle
Quotes follow the shape of your entity map. We do not sell monthly software seats or three-tier subscription cards.
Most engagements are priced per cycle. The flagship recurring multi-entity compliance review is quoted after a short scoping call once we know entity count, whether on-site days are required, and how ready your evidence packs usually are.
| Engagement | Pricing basis | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Recurring multi-entity compliance review | Quoted per cycle | Number of legal entities, transaction volume, on-site days, language of working papers |
| Intercompany control health check | Fixed fee for one cycle | Entity pairs in scope, complexity of eliminations |
| Policy-to-practice walkthrough | Day rate plus written gap memo | Number of processes walked, sites visited |
| Remediation tracking support | Monthly retainer for the remediation window | Open item count and meeting cadence |
Estimate factors we ask about early
- How many legal entities sit under the parent, and which share an ERP
- Whether satellite sites need walkthrough days in person
- Whether a prior findings register already exists
- Board or lender deadlines that fix the review window
Deposits and billing
For multi-week cycles we typically invoice a planning deposit before fieldwork and the balance on delivery of the final pack. Narrower health checks may be billed in a single invoice. Exact terms appear in the engagement letter.
Fees are informational until you accept a written proposal. There is no online checkout on this site.
