- Keeping records of correspondence related to engagements — contractual necessity or legitimate interests

Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, legal claim, or accounting obligation. Analytics data, when enabled, follows the retention stated in the cookies table.
Sharing
